Where can I find my product key?

Check the delivery email for your order, including your spam folder. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number.

Which version should I download?

The product, year and edition must match your purchased licence. Then choose the language and system version. Changing the website language does not automatically change your download selection.

Do I need 32-bit or 64-bit?

This depends on the product and your system. Office, Visio and Project installations used together need matching bit versions. If you are unsure, send us details of your system and existing installation.

Activation is not working. What should I do?

Note the exact error code and check that the installed edition matches your order. Send us your order number, product and a screenshot of the error.

How do I install Office on a Mac?

Select the macOS version. Use the installer from the download center and the activation information or serializer from your delivery email. A Windows licence is not a Mac licence.

My download is missing or will not start.

Reset the search filters and check the edition. Downloads open in a new tab; also check your browser’s downloads list. Contact our support center if a file is unavailable.
